Delivery

All original print will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow 3-5 working days for the delivery of your original print within the United Kingdom. Allow 14 -21 working days for the delivery of your original print outside the United Kingdom. If you have any queries regarding your delivery, please contact me - contact@hopecreationsartistry.co.uk

Prints framing

Please contact me if you would like to order a large print or if you would like your print to be framed, I can provide a framing and shipping quote based on weight and shipping location. 

Shipping

International shipping is available for all my prints. Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ (2nd class) and ‘Special Delivery’ services are used for all the artworks. This is to ensure fast and safe delivery of your one-of-a-kind artwork, and you will be issued with a tracking number when the item has been posted.

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service is used for original framed print. You will be issued with a tracking number when the item has been posted.

If you have been issued with a tracking number, please use it to follow the parcel on its journey. For any enquiries regarding parcel delays please email me : contact@hopecreationsartistry.co.uk

Shipping fees for commissioned artworks or prints are calculated individually based on the shipping location and the weight of the completed framed print/artwork plus packaging. You will be provided with a shipping estimate at the beginning of the commission process.

Refund 

All sales of original artworks and prints are final and non refundable. Exceptions are made in case of damage or loss incurred whilst shipping. If this happens, please email me. — contact@hopecreationsartistry.co.uk
